What you agree to when you buy from 2Be Clothing World. Written so you can actually read it.

Who you are buying from

2Be Clothing World, a registered menswear retailer, Abuja, Nigeria. Our showrooms are listed on Find Us.

What we sell

We stock menswear from a range of makers, and we make bespoke pieces under our own name. Where a product is made by another brand, that brand is named on the product page. Photography shows the actual item wherever possible, though colour varies between screens.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm the order, not when you press pay. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we refund you in full. We will not substitute something else without asking you first.

Prices

Prices are in Nigerian Naira and include VAT where applicable. A price shown in another currency is an estimate for guidance, not the amount you will be charged. If we have priced something obviously wrongly, we will contact you before taking payment.

Payment

Payment is handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your card details. An order counts as paid only when the processor confirms it to us directly — never on the strength of what a browser reports.

Delivery

We deliver within Abuja and to the rest of Nigeria. Rates are shown at checkout before you pay. Estimated delivery is [DUMMY: delivery estimate], and risk passes to you on delivery.

Returns and refunds

Return an unworn item in its original condition within [DUMMY: return window] of delivery for a refund or exchange. Bespoke pieces cut to your measurements cannot be returned unless faulty, because they cannot be resold — we will say so plainly before you order one. Refunds go back to the method you paid with, within [DUMMY: refund processing time].

Faulty items

If something is faulty, tell us and we will repair, replace or refund it. That is in addition to your statutory rights, which nothing here removes.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has it and we will end every active session on the account.

Our liability
