What 2Be Clothing World collects when you use this site, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Who we are

2Be Clothing World, a menswear retailer in Abuja, Nigeria, with showrooms in Jabi and Wuse — both listed on Find Us. For anything in this policy, reach us at through WhatsApp — the number is listed on our Find Us page.

What we collect

  • When you order — your name, delivery address, phone number and email. We need these to take payment, deliver, and talk to you about the order.
  • When you create an account — your email and a password. The password is stored only as a scrypt hash. We cannot read it.
  • When you pay — nothing. Card details go straight to our payment processor and never reach our servers. We keep the reference, the amount, and whether it succeeded.
  • When you browse — if you agree to analytics, which pages you viewed and which products you opened. If you decline, none of it.
  • When you message us — the conversation, so whoever picks it up can see what you have already said.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not share it for anyone else's advertising. We do not use it to make automated decisions about you.

Who else sees it

  • Our payment processor — to take payment and handle refunds.
  • Our delivery partner — your name, address and phone number, so an order reaches your door. Nothing beyond that.
  • Our analytics provider — only if you agreed.
  • Anyone we are legally required to tell — and only when we genuinely have to.

How long we keep it

Order records for [DUMMY: order retention period], because tax and accounting rules require it. Account details until you ask us to close the account. Support conversations for [DUMMY: support transcript retention period]. Analytics data for [DUMMY: analytics retention period].

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act you can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent to analytics at any time. Ask, and we will do it. You do not have to justify the request.

Cookies

A small number of cookies keep you signed in and remember your bag. Those are essential and cannot be switched off without breaking the site. Analytics cookies are optional and are not set unless you accept them, and you can change your mind whenever you like.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant we will say so on the site rather than hope you notice.
